Vector search in Micronaut Data
Implemented dense/sparse vector types, derived similarity queries, schema/index generation and integration tests. Added JDBC bindings for Oracle, PostgreSQL/pgvector and MySQL HeatWave, plus Oracle/PostgreSQL R2DBC support.

Enabled Micronaut applications on Oracle OKE to authenticate with Kubernetes workload identity. Implemented service-account federation, cluster-CA TLS setup, configuration, tests and documentation.
